Yummy smoothie flavours!




Several months ago I purchased a smoothie maker and I haven’t looked back since! I’m not sure how long it will take for the novelty to wear off but for the time being I am really enjoying blending my own, fresh fruit, smoothies. I have been trying out different combinations and I thought I would share some of my favourite recipes:

Red Smoothie:
-       Raspberries
-       Blueberries
-       ½ A Large orange
-       Fresh Greek Yogurt

Tropical Smoothie:
-       Mango chunks
-       Pineapple chunks
-       1 Whole banana
-       Almond milk

Pineapple Pina Colada:
-       1 Whole banana
-       Coconut milk
-       Pineapple chunks
-       Crushed ice

Banana-Berry smoothie:
-       1 Whole banana
-       Raspberries
-       Strawberries
-       Almond milk

A sweet treat:

-       2 Whole bananas
-       ½ a teaspoon of Maple syrup (Add a whole one for a sweeter taste)
-       1 scoop of Vanilla ice-cream
-       Milk

Add crushed ice to any of these to make sure your smoothie stays nice and cold!
